Only a

few knew

it was

a nightmare

when the

Idea was

proposed

by two
generals on

opposite sides

of the

conflict

The last

War

had left

so

many

maimed

and

wounded

that

something

just had

to be

done

to help

the

morale

of the 

wounded

warriors

From

that point

on

After

every war

there

would be

another war

Called the

Special War

Only For 

handicapped

special needs

Soldiers

On both

sides

that desired

to relive

the thrill

of the

fire fight

in special

Bionic gear

One congressman

said at

the time

“We should

have been

doing

this

Wars ago”

Now there

was no

break in

the action

to

slow

down

defense

contracting

Or armament

manufacturing

By the

time

people

woke up

from this

insane

madness

We were

already

onto the

worse

of times
