Elephant is easy”
said the carny man
to the crowd of luck seekers
who had paid plenty for the ride
“Just look for the lucky one
with the trunk up”
It was then that the seekers
realized all the elephants had trunks up
Making it hard to pick luck
from an endless field of white elephants
