poem of the day October 3

Light coming out of darkness

is the path well worn

It illuminates  a world of eternal hope

Darkness coming out of light 

is the path less seeked

But is a big reminder

of how eternal darkness

exists like black holes

able to smother even

the best lit tunnel

My advice to all travelers 

Walk in good shoes 

made solely of fabric

full of unconditional  love
