poem of the day March 24

The guns

were huddled 

all together 

locked in a cabinet

trying to decide what 

to do about human violence

that used them for 

out of control

evil mass carnage

They came to the conclusion

The only people

that should be allowed

to own guns 

are the ones who do

not want them
