poem of the day April 25
The lost art of waking
without an alarm
eludes many
for a lifetime
The natural cycle
so easily forgotten
in a time filled world
emerges as
the last wavy dream
breaks over sleep
and fades away
Allowing sparkling light
to flicker stirring eyes
opening the first petal
of the morning flower
to awaken a well slept soul
