poem of the day February 17 

I woke up

horrified

to find I have

a free ranging

bug zoo

An insectarium

living the good life

free loading in

my living room

Spider

Stink Bug

Wasp

Ladybug

and  Big Black Fly

Mostly invasive 

undocumented

non American pests

from other lands

threatening my way of life

I think I will have

to call the president

before the cockroaches arrive

and have him order 

the homeland 

to surge an ice raid

and exterminate 

the Un-American freeloading buggers
