poem of the day March 8

The travelers
were
full
of fear
As they
approached
the untamed
mountain
that
stood
blocking
their
way
There
were
no roads
Not even
a path
Only thick
wild
jungle
full of
constant
danger
that had
to be
hacked
inch by
inch
to get to
the top
After
a long
slow
journey
dodging
peaks
of
death
They
finally
reached
the summit
Where
they were
surprised
to see a
six lane
super
highway
running
straight
down the
other side
of the
mountain
Now their
only
danger
was their
own
speed
of life
