Preoccupied with preoccupation
is a very hard way to live a life
as an island in the human sea
If the frost of the mind
is full of frozen icebergs
of ones own cold making
then one is stuck in the same motion
like shallow waves on a deep ocean
"Time to cut bait and surf" my mother shouts
as she jumps off the board to paddle free
