poem of the day January 29

A clump maples
A clump of pines
Tree trunks in the forest
Families together in the woods
Generations after generations
The old, the new, the straight and crooked
living as simple souls within wooden temples
They seem so perfect in their tranquility
but I wonder... Do they think of me as enemy?
