poem of the day November 22 Two great armies
Two great armies
were visiting
Will Been
The famous
well known diplomat
who always sits
on the rim of time
Known as a simpleton
Will Been lives each moment
without the fear of
being conquered
by the armies of
Old & New
Fresh & Stale
Past & Future
Never concerned
with anything but
the unfolding of time
Accepting the daily bombs
hurled by the forces of
memories & fantasies
that can if allowed
overwhelm the present
