poem of the day December 20

SOS Help!

I don't know

what to do

My new 

smart oven

is having 

a nervous 

breakdown

and is in need

of a good therapist 

The oven 

just beeped

warning me

that soon 

it would 

beep again

to warn me

an alarm would 

go off when 

my pie was done

I have to say 

I am on edge with

the oven's constant OCD

omnipresent beeping

If this is the way

of the smart future

It is making me 

very nervous

for the mental health

of robots and droids
