poem of the day August  27

Gold and Silver
ride the tide
as well as
anything alive
As well as anything
rides the tide
Even though they can't float
they are royals of the moat
How can that be
I ask of me
It does not float
It does not have to float
I answered me
atop a boat full
floating on the sea
