The art of

managing emotion

has brought down

many a civilization

Without hot air

the balloon

stays flat

Too much hot air

the balloon

bursts open

These extremes

of all or nothing

breed the breath

of rage & violence 

The lungs of life

like a tide

are needed

to regulated 

each and every

drop of oxygen
