poem of the day November 27 

Is everybody

up and ready to go

on a big turkey bolt?

Have you all

emptied your bowels?

Brushed your teeth?

Done a few stretches

Prepositioned  the Pepto Bismol?

Gotten dressed in loose

but fashionable attire

in anticipation for

the greatest grand day

of  excessive overeating

ever invented by a bird

I am personally planning on 

skipping breakfast

Only a cup of black Joe

to be extra hungry

before eating three of everything!!!

Before Gobbling, Gobbling, Gobbling it up
