The order of things
is a big deal
if one cares about
what comes first
But all bets are off
if one is dying of thirst
Then it is a matter
of where and when
and how one can find
the waters within
Remember among the lakes
some have to sacrifice
their mindful souls to
get some share of a working life
I heard that from the philosophical skunk
just before we all got drunk
